Responsibilities
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
As a member of Finance Team, contribute to:
• Review all invoices before payment in accordance with SC procedures and
Ensure proper supporting documentation before payment.
• Keep the confidentially of financial information including budget, bank balance and cash.
• Assist with Managing the bank account and petty cash and ensure the balances is accurate.
• Assist with preparation of monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations.
• Maintain and updating proper filing of soft/hard copy of financial supporting documents.
• Participate in donor and SCI audits and ensure that all documents are provided to auditors in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of monthly payroll for SCI staff
• Issue and track partner’s payments.
• Undertake any other duty as requested by the Line Manager /Finance manager

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
• A diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 month or practical experience preferably in Finance / financial documentation,
• Previous NGO / INGO Experience is preferable.
• A desire to learn and work in a challenging but rewarding environment
• Ability to work under pressure alone and as part of a team
• English and Arabic speaker required
• A strong sense of integrity
• Attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Excel
