Responsibilities
Technical Delivery: Execute single-product delivery, routine maintenance, learning services, and pre-sales solutions under senior guidance.
Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve single-product issues.
Knowledge & Documentation: Document technical case studies, capture product requirements, and maintain operational logs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering , or Computer engineering , or IT Engineering (Recent or Fresh Graduate).
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Age: Under 30 years old at the time of application.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of telecom architectures and network protocols.
