Responsibilities
Job Summary :
Coordinate site acquisition activities and represent SA department to handle all required negotiations to achieve the set objectives.
Responsibilities :
* Follow up on all assignments from direct supervisor and area manager.
* Prepare needed letters.
* handle all received complaints and follow up with concerned parties to ensure them resolved completely.
* Negotiate with all contracting parties (Private/Gov) to get the best deals and prepare the relevant negotiation reports to get needed approvals.
* Coordinate with internal concerned parties (legal, NT, Finance..) to facilitate the department activities.
* Follow up on all projects (new sites, DGs, Solar, Relocation ..etc) and provide periodic update as needed.
* Escalate problematic cases to the line manger with needed report and documents to make the needed decision and handle them accordingly.

Qualifications
* Education Standard :
Diploma Degree or Undergraduate University Degree 3rd or 4th year student in Business Administration
* Experience Standard :
preferably 1 year of experience
* Good commands in computer skills
* Good commands in English language
