Responsibilities
Job Summary :
Responsible for ensuring that the communication network of a company or organization is functioning optimally. Monitoring and analyzing network performance, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency, coverage, and capacity. Works closely with other technical teams to troubleshoot network issues, perform regular maintenance, and upgrade network components. They also provide technical support to end-users and ensure that the network is compliant with industry regulations and standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and tools.
Key Responsiblities:
* Analyze network performance data to identify areas of improvement.
* Develop and implement optimization plans to improve network coverage, capacity, and quality.
* Conduct site surveys to identify areas where network coverage is weak or non-existent.
* Design and implement network upgrades, such as adding new base stations or antennas.
* Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot network issues and resolve them quickly.
* Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure the network remains competitive.
* Provide technical support to other teams within the organization, such as sales and marketing.
* Create reports and presentations to communicate network performance data to management and other stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and services.
* Assure data base updated

Education Stander:
Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
Years of experience : preferably 1 years' of experience .
Advanced Computer skills.
