Responsibilities
1.Supervise and schedule cleaning services for cars.
2.Ensure the smooth daily operation & Optimize vehicle arrangements in lot to ensure cars go out on time.
3.Managing and processing all incoming inquiries, Changes, transfers and crosse handover requests, and closed out efficiently.
4.Tell every driver about his pick-up and delivery.
5.Support Drivers' accuracy in car delivery to customers on time, and car return to the lot .
6.Record every trip for each driver.
7.Keep all the driver's files and profiles updated including their driving license and give him a prior notice if it will expire.
8.Prepare a monthly performance report for each driver for Management.
9.verify the Car's documents which should be inside the car " certificate / License ..etc. ”

1 year of experience in similar fields.
