Responsibilities
The Warehouse Keeper is expected to handle operation of the warehouse, ensure a smooth functioning, optimize storage space, uphold safety and compliance standard, while ensuring timely delivery of material to various company departments.
Main Duties:
1.Prepare and maintain received products’ records, and notify concerned parties of any discrepancies.
2.Conduct periodic inventory operations and upon request, ensuring accuracy in warehouse.
3.Receive and inspect lists of materials upon arrival to verify quality and quantity.
4.Handle materials request & returns materials from various departments.
5.Ensure proper arrangement of warehouse space, while preventing any harm to the stored materials.
6.Ensure the safety of stored materials against theft, fire, and temperature extremes.
7.Submit purchase request for materials upon reaching reorder point, to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications
. Intermediate institute in accounting, business or other related fields.
. 3+ years of experience in warehouse.
. Experience in Al-Edari, or a similar warehousing software.
. Good level in English.
. Good in MS. office Excel.
