Responsibilities
A)Duties of Job Title
1.Interview candidates and provide recommendations to the direct line of authority.
2.Prepare section’s yearly budget as per corporate objectives.
3.Cascade unit objectives into section & individual objectives and ensure proper alignment.
4.Prepare, measure and maintain accurate section & individual KPIs on a regular basis.
5.Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance & successfully contribute in achieving corporate, department & unit objectives.
6.Develop and maintain the company’s quality management system effectively & efficiently.
7.Conduct staff meeting with team members in all regions on a quarterly basis to reinforce company’s culture & values and discuss team related issues & concerns.
8.Monitor and ensure efficient & appropriate use of resources (financial, human, physical, IT, etc.) to achieve the planned objectives & support smart spending strategy.
B)Duties of Position
1.Participate in setting information security strategy and IT governance.
2.Participate in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
3.Participate with the concerned Dept. in setting and reviewing the technical requirements and designs of systems, applications and network to be developed or acquired.
4.Ensure cooperation with the relevant departments to establish and maintain IT information security policies.
5.Review the implementation of the information security architecture and design that are developed by the concerned departments to ensure alignment with the approved requirement.
6.Supervise the implementation of planned vulnerability assessment, reporting the results and following up the reported vulnerabilities till they are resolved.
7.Prepare the action plans to close the findings occurred in the vulnerability assessment reports.
8.Oversee the penetration testing exercise that is conducted by the contracted provider.
9.Conduct routine maintenance, support and configuration of security technologies such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint security tools.
10.Ensure that scanning tools are kept up to date in order to ensure accurate vulnerability reporting.
11.Conduct information security orientation and awareness programs to employees.
12.Evaluate existing and new technologies, advise on security standards for infrastructure technology projects and elevate supporting procedures and approaches
13.Lead the work to evaluate secure hardware best practices and identify areas of improvement to implement with the relevant department.

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/IT/Electronic Engineering.
-Experience: Three years relevant experience, preferably in telecom, is required.
