Responsibilities
1.Participate in the planning of IT network hardware and software requirements with their related BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
2.Implement infrastructure hardware and software upgrades and replacement for new LAN/WAN networks and expansion.
3.Configure IT and network Telephony equipment from different vendors’ brands when needed.
4.Implement security policies to protect IT network against unauthorized access.
5.Monitor IT networks data traffic to ensure that all packets are delivered to correct destination.
6.Coordinate to ensure access network performance stability and availability.
7.Identify, troubleshoot and solve IT network infrastructure and telephony problems, in an effort to minimize downtime.
8.Analyze repetitive problems in order to take the proper corrective and preventive actions.
9.Provide support to LAN, Wi-Fi and WAN users.
10. Participate in the technical assessment of offers received from Procurement.
11.Check the delivered devices at warehouse and ensure matching the required specifications.
12.Enhance IT network communications hardware and software as required.
13.Create, maintain and update configuration files, records, logs and reports.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecom/IT/Electronic Engineering.
Experience: At least one year relevant experience is required.
