Responsibilities
1.Maintain, troubleshoot, control and administer the use of databases systems with all related software applications within Information Technology department and under the administration of Information Technology Operation Unit.
2.Install, administer and troubleshoot database systems and related software applications and customizing existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.
3.Review technical procedures of making changes in database management systems manuals as needed.
4.Monitor databases performance and conduct performance optimization through modifying databases’ parameters values.
5.Applying database security standards and ensure it is up to date.
6.Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations in coordinating with System Administrators and Data Center Administrators.
7.Provide 1st level support to databases’ users and developers.
8.Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting related to perform the Database Administrators tasks.
9.Write and develop scripts, stored procedures and triggers for CDRs loading.
10.Manage and administer the Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes related to data warehouse.
11.Prepare and submit accurate and insight reports, reviews and analysis to HOS.

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/IT/Electronic Engineering.
