Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers who are
using software products and services.
- Train customers on how to use the system, and explain
technical concepts, solutions, and any new additions to the
system in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email to provide
technical support. And it may also require occasional visits
to customer sites for on-site support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical
issues with products or services.
- Identify the type of problem and work on solving it, or
transfer it to the appropriate person.
- Work closely with other departments, such as development team
or quality assurance, for updates and fixes to the System and
provide them with reports on system-related issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future
reference.
- Ensure that customers feel valued and supported throughout the
support process, and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry
trends to provide the best possible support to customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
- At least two years of experience in software support or a
related field.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Experience with customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge in Insurance Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software products and services.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical
issues.
- Good command on SQL and Database theories.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
