Responsibilities
Responsibilities :

* Providing front line customer service through the CSC's.
* Receiving bills, cash payments &transfering units to prepaid
customers accounts.
* Providing information about new and present services.
* selling both MTN products and value added services and
perform cross and up seling campaigns for special and new
services whithin CSC's and during expositiond participation
M31.
* Delivering daily cash collection financial reports
* Dealing with VIP's and HVC customers.
* reporting alarming cases and complaints to the line manager.
* registering all cases done by the employee on CRM application
* Compy with company and department policy and procedures.
* Delivering all MTn prducts and services.
* Receiving all customers compalaints and escale them to the
concerned parties in the most sufficient manner.

Qualifications
* Education Standard: Diploma Degree or undergraduate University
Degree( 3rd or 4th year).
* Experience Standard: preferably 1 year of experience
* Good Command in English Writing / Readin
