Responsibilities :
Lead and manage department's employees in term of objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training in order to achieve the objectives.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s e-payment customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Identify market needs and market shifts while being fully aware of new e-payment products and competition status.
Set up workflows, designed processes, and developed procedures of the e-payment functions.
Handled all disputes, analyzed daily fraud monitoring reports, and took immediate action to mitigate risks.
Ensure that systems and processes are compliant with e-payment rules and regulations.
Manage E-payment accounts reconciliations.
Build the yearly e- payment marketing budget and ensure an efficient allocation that optimizes business growth.
Build strategic partnerships and manage relation with e-payment partners in the market.
Specify market requirements through market research and other available tools.
Coordinate the important operations with other divisions.
Provide continuous improvements for the e-payment work flow.
Commitment to any task assigned by Management related to business.

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration . MBA, M.Sc is a plus
Experience :
Minimum 5 Years of Experience . 3 years of experience in leading others .
