Help GM manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
Has initiative capability for administration and managerial duties (Staff and daily work)
Assist the GM in the timely management of all communication, both written and oral.
Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the GM by redirecting or taking forward as appropriate and highlight urgent issues, control meetings.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with GM s team members, officials, the general public, stakeholders and high ranking officials
Prepare executive summaries of annual reports
Prepare the GM visits to international meetings/ events

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (3 years experience at least is required)
Must have full knowledge and experience in Al AMEEN accounting software
Experience in an administration/ executive assistant, have need of tact, judgment and discretion in handling Internal and external contacts.
Experience of diary management/ researching and booking of travel and accommodation.
Experience of successfully working with senior management (essential)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a multidimensional team.
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
Strong communication skills
Very strong command of Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Good PC application knowledge necessary MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
