Responsibilities
• Policy Review and Development: Review and update existing policies to ensure they are inclusive of people with disabilities.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to promote disability inclusion within the organization.
• Training and Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and skills in disability inclusion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that programs and services are accessible and inclusive.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and tools to monitor the progress of disability inclusion initiatives and evaluate their impact.
• Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to management on disability inclusion issues and best practices.
• Awareness Campaigns: Organize and lead awareness campaigns to promote disability inclusion within the organization and the community.
• Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with national and international disability inclusion standards and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the progress of disability inclusion initiatives and present findings to senior management


Qualifications
• Advanced degree in social sciences, disability studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in disability inclusion or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of national and international disability inclusion standards.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
