1. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
2. Direct and oversee the accounting team in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Cash and GL.
3. Manage the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecast financial performance.
4. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
6. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess risks.
7. Lead the annual financial audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
8. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations and strategic initiatives.
9. Develop financial models and projections to support business planning and investment decisions.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.
11. Assess and mitigate financial risks, implementing strategies to minimize exposure and protect the organization.
12. Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational improvement through financial analysis.
13. Provide financial leadership and guidance to the organization, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
14. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, coordinating with tax advisors as needed.

17. Represent the organization in financial matters with external stakeholders, such as investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
