Responsibilities
1.Supervise Physiotherapy Services and Daily Operations
- Oversee the effective delivery of physiotherapy services, ensuring all practices meet organizational standards and deliver high-quality care.
2.Plan and Coordinate Work Schedules for Physiotherapy Staff
- Develop and manage work schedules for physiotherapy staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficient resource allocation.
3.Monitor Physiotherapy Supplies and Equipment
- Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment for physiotherapy services, coordinating timely procurement and replenishment to maintain continuous service delivery.
4.Set Performance Goals and Deadlines for Physiotherapy Staff
- Establish clear performance goals and deadlines for the physiotherapy team, aligning with organizational objectives and motivating staff to achieve high standards.
5.Monitor Staff Productivity and Provide Feedback
- Track the productivity of physiotherapy staff, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support to enhance performance and quality of care.
6.Handle Complaints and Provide Feedback to Management
- Address and resolve complaints related to physiotherapy services from patients and staff, ensuring prompt communication with management to improve service quality.
7.Participate in Reporting and Planning Meetings
- Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings to discuss reporting, planning, and adherence to care standards for physiotherapy services.
8.Support Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Implementation for Physiotherapy
- Assist in the implementation of M&E tools specific to physiotherapy, reporting any challenges or issues in program implementation to relevant departments for timely resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy, or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience and experience in emergency humanitarian settings.
- Good written and spoken English.
