The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all health services and operations meet or exceed established quality standards. This role involves regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on various aspects of healthcare delivery to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and inspections of healthcare services and processes using IMC standard quality assurance tool.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and health facility management to establish quality improvement plans.
- Monitor compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Analyze patient feedback collected from CBRM and incident reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and outcomes to management.
- Investigate and address patient complaints related to quality of care.

- Bachelor's degree in the Medical and Public Health field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a healthcare setting.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and oral.
- Experience in managing, training, and supervising clinical staff.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
