Responsibilities
• Organizing and managing paper and electronic correspondence.
• Preparing and drafting official letters and administrative reports.
• Assisting in all data collection and entry operations.
• Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with supporting departments.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment (computers - telephones - printers - ink - stationery ... etc.) and the workplace (organizing cleaning and tidying times)
• Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including contact lists, preparing halls and preparing necessary documents.
• Providing recommendations to improve the efficiency of administrative operations and support the completion of required administrative tasks.
• Organizing and archiving files and documents to ensure easy access to them.
• Assisting in preparing periodic reports on the department's work and statistics required by the direct manager.
• Ensuring full compliance with the Authority's policy and procedures and ensuring that protection policies, the PSHEA and Code of Conduct are not violated.
• Implementing any other activities assigned by the direct manager within his jurisdiction.

Qualifications
1. A university degree as a minimum, priority for relevant disciplines.
2. 2 years of Work experience in the Administration field of relief and development projects or non-profit and non-governmental organizations.
3. Computer Skills Experience with all MS Office programs, especially the following applications (Excel, word, Outlook) at a very good level at least.
4.English at a very good level as a minimum.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
1. Preference will be given to those who have work experience on similar programs in the humanitarian and non-governmental organizations sector.
2.Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs in the work environment.
3.Skill in managing and organizing time.
