Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires an advanced ability to understand customer requirements and craft compelling proposals that effectively address their needs. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality solutions are presented to potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and -prospective clients to drive sales growth.
-Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
-Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
-Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
2.Proposal Writing & Customization:
-Analyze customer requirements and create tailored proposals that address their specific needs.
-Develop persuasive sales proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and comprehensive.
-Ensure all sales documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
-Continuously refine and improve proposal templates and content to enhance win rates.
3.Tender Management & Supplier Relationships:
-Thoroughly review all Tender portals and manage tender submissions efficiently.
-Register the company with new customers and maintain accurate documentation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
4.Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
-Provide regular updates to clients on new products, services, and industry trends.
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
-Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction.
5.Market Research & Strategy:
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
-Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
-Provide insights to the product team for potential service or product enhancements based on client feedback.
6.Reporting & Performance Tracking:
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and proposal success rates.
-Participate in weekly or monthly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategize future efforts.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Strong experience in writing and presenting customized proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results in a competitive environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
