Responsibilities
The role involves the coordination and processing of internal and external requests. Trip cost estimate requests that include.
This role requires careful monitoring and controls of all incoming operational tasks.
Arrange and coordinate services with Civil Aviation Authorities, agents, ground handlers and other third party vendors.
Ensure handovers and debriefings are communicated effectively with other team members.
Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
Work closely with other colleagues from other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Able to maintain a high level of productivity, to manage multiple priorities and to work effectively in time-critical situations.

-Fluent in English.
-Basic accounting skills.
-Basic computer skills(specially Microsoft Excel) and business correspondences.
-Any additional language especially French is an asset.
