Responsibilities
The Commercial Correspondent Officer is a pivotal role at WDRVM, the art of bridging communication between diverse international brand leaders and representing the presence of WDRVM worldwide. Ensuring seamless commercial processes internally and externally. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both internal and external correspondence, display outstanding organizational skills, and have a deep-rooted understanding of commercial operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, English Literature, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Age not mor than 35 years.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to evolving situations

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication across different company departments, with clients, and with international suppliers.
- Researching Evaluation: Research suppliers and conduct technical and financial evaluations of the offers received to ensure they align with company requirements.
- Developing Relations: Maintaining professional relationships and representing the company name, both internally within the company and externally with partners and clients.
- Documentation Reporting: Maintain records of current project status, contracts, and commercial-related documents. Regularly draft and submit reports detailing correspondence and communication progress, and proactively suggest areas of improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all interactions with suppliers align with our established standards and that every written communication and document upholds the company's commitment to professionalism and conforms to set guidelines.
- Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate extensively with different departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to technical problem-solving and operational efficiency in urgent situations.
