Responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop strategic plans and ensure alignment with the objectives of the foundation.
- Setting strategic priorities in cooperation with the Board of Trustees.
Operations Management:
- Ensure the effective implementation of projects within the specified time frames and budgets.
- Monitor the overall performance and evaluate the success of projects to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Relationship and Partnership Management:
- Develop long-term cooperation frameworks with local and international donors and foundations.
- Representing the Foundation in conferences and meetings, and enhancing its presence at the local and regional levels.
Human and Financial Resources Management:
- Supervising teams and developing a supportive work environment that promotes creativity and professionalism.
- Ensure the effective use of financial resources and achieve transparency in financial reports.
Governance and Compliance Assurance:
- Building rules that comply with the objectives of the foundation and clear policies.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations set by the competent authorities.
Fundraising and Donations:
- Design effective fundraising and funding strategies.
- Build sustainable relationships with the donors by enhancing the credibility of the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related discipline (business administration, international development, social sciences, or other humanities specialties).
- Professional certificates or advanced training in the fields of humanitarian work are preferred.
Experience:
- Work experience of not less than 2 years in the executive management of similar entities
- Experience of at least 7 years in the field of humanitarian work in general
- Practical experience in leading multicultural and multi-background teams
- Work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related discipline (business administration, international development, social sciences, or other humanities specialties).
- Professional certificates or advanced training in the fields of humanitarian work are preferred.
Experience:
