Responsibilities
1.Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
2.Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.
3.Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.
4.Keep the work area clean, neat and organized.
5.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
6.Update bulletin boards in service area for sharing hotel information with all staff.
7.Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from HR computer system.
8.Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
