Responsibilities
A.Youth camp training session:
•Support the youth in leading the training sessions.
•Empower the youth by equipping them with essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes through a positive youth development framework.
B.Youth Clubs:
•Create safe spaces for young individuals to express themselves, test and develop their knowledge and skills, and build confidence in themselves and others.
•Pushing and motivating young individuals to engage in their citizenship, recognize their responsibilities to themselves and their communities, and foster supportive relationships.
•Support the youth in creating the clubs.
•Lead the youth clubs.
C.Youth dialogue:
•Lead the youth dialogue.
•Guide and facilitate youth in choosing the dialogue topic.
D.Cultural activities and events:
•Lead the cultural activities and events.
•Guide and facilitate youth in choosing the types of events.
•Planning and budgeting for cultural activities and events.
E.Youth-Led Initiatives:
•Lead the Youth-Led Initiatives training.
•Guide and facilitate youth in choosing the types of Initiatives.
•Planning and budgeting for Initiatives.
F.Reporting:
•Provide a well, English report to each programme component (training, Youth Clubs, Youth dialogue, Cultural activities and events, Youth-Led Initiatives).

Qualifications
The outsourced Social Cohesion mentor and coach should possess the following qualifications and skills:
•University degree in Sociology, or any relevant field.
•Excellent computer skills, including Excel.
•Relevant experience in life skills training.
•Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and inspire recipients.
•Good communication skills.
•Good reporting skills.
•Familiarity with the local context and cultural nuances.
•Fluency in Arabic – Advanced English is an asset.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
The Social Cohesion Mentor and coach will work under the supervision of the Livelihood Project Officer at CS and will be guiding the beneficiaries of the Social Cohesion activities. He/She will be responsible for participating in social cohesion training and coaching for youth, dialogue meetings, and cultural events. included coordination with various stakeholders in the community, the establishment of youth clubs, and the implementation of youth-led initiatives.
