Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assess and supervise the proper functioning of the medical activities of the project according to INTERSOS protocols, standards and procedures and through the correct compilation and analysis of medical data regarding patients health conditions
- Participate in the definition of annual planning and budget for
the project and in the follow up of the project. Supervise and ensure that medical activities objectives under his responsibility are achieved, reporting to the technical referent any problem arising in the service
- Coach and train the medical team of the activities he manage in order to guarantee the good quality of the medical activities and to provide the medical care to the patients
- Check all administrative procedures related to patients follow-up (card filling, registers, paper exit, discharge, transfers ...) are carried out correctly and according to INTERSOS procedures
- Coordinate and monitor the daily working plan of the team under his responsibility (absent personnel, vacations, tracking leaves ...).
-Plan and supervise, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, development and internal communication) of the staffs under his responsibility in order to improve staff capabilities and to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required
- Participate in the monthly reports according to guidelines, including data analysis.
- Creation of health education resources, encompassing flipbooks, posters, interactive awareness sessions, and informational flyers

Education
Advanced university degree in medicine or other paramedical studies
Professional experience
Minimum 2 year relevant work experience in the humanitarian sector especially in fragile and unstable environments
Professional requirements
Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
Demonstrate experience with different donors,compliance and reporting
Healthcare knowledge, specific expertise in sexual and reproductive health, is an asset,
Skills include organizing and delivering training courses on health topics,
Competence in health data analysis.
