Responsibilities
- Participate in setting the organization's main objectives and participating in their implementation.
- Develop the annual budget for all activities related to the organization's human resources work.
- Develop strategies and compensation plans necessary to maintain the core elements that influence the workflow.
- Establish and audit the organization's administrative structures in line with the organization's plans and direction.
- Develop policies and strategies necessary for employing the workforce.
- Developing the necessary policies to develop the organization's workforce, which will positively impact its performance.
- Building and developing the organization's corporate culture and reputation, and constantly exploring new mechanisms to improve the organization's work environment.
- Planning, interviewing, and hiring a highly qualified workforce, and developing the necessary policies and strategies.
- Managing benefits and compensation programs.
- Managing social insurance and income tax files.
- Complete the development of policies, procedures, and forms supporting the work of the Human Resources Department.
Follow up on job analysis and description forms and prepare job descriptions for all job positions.
- Design and implement the annual performance system.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Good English level.
-High communication skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation management.
- Ability to lead teams and motivate employees.
- Effective communication skills to deal with various levels of management and employees.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations
- Familiarity with local and international labor laws and occupational safety regulations.
- Ability to implement policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
