Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of UAE and wider Middle Eastern culture, consumer behavior, and digital landscape trends and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase enrollment in educational programs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

2.Digital Campaign Management:

Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Managing paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, utilizing analytics tools to assess effectiveness and measure the success of campaigns.
Leveraging marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and analytics platforms

3.Content Development:

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, informative, and relevant content tailored to the target audience.
Ensure all digital content aligns with brand voice and educational objectives.
Manage and optimize website content and user experience to drive conversions.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, academic departments, and IT, to ensure cohesive messaging and resource utilization.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies to enhance digital marketing efforts and achieve strategic goals.

5.Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

6.Training and Development:

Provide guidance and support to team members in digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the marketing team.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the education sector being advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management systems, and email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
