Responsibilities
Monitor the daily dispatch reports issued by the dispatch section at the plant for each customer.
Prepare the daily and the monthly dispatch reports according to the data received from the dispatch team at the plant.
Prepare the monthly settlement report.
Prepare the sales department related documents and reports included, but not limited to: the monthly area coordinators spending report, the internal memos and the external letters etc
Archive all customer documents including the invoices, balance sheets, loading orders, delivery notes etc.
Archive all documents related to cement quality certificates
Follow up all transferred payments

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
