Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Spring Boot-based microservices using clean architecture principles
- Implement event-driven workflows using Apache Kafka
- Secure and integrate services using OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to model real-world workflows into code
- Design and expose RESTful APIs for internal and external consumers
- Build cloud-native services deployed on containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Leverage cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for storage, messaging, compute, and monitoring
- Participate in CI/CD automation, unit/integration testing, and peer code reviews
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, UI/UX designers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
- Work in an Agile team and actively participate in sprint planning and refinement

Qualifications
- 4+ years of backend development experience with Java (11+)
- Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Apache Kafka (consumer/producer setup and messaging patterns)
- Keycloak or similar identity and access management solutions
- JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON serialization (Jackson)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Stateless services, containerization (Docker), service discovery, configuration management, and observability
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Docker)
- SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and schema versioning tools (Liquibase, Flyway)
- Event-driven or reactive programming concepts
- Solid understanding of microservice design patterns, DDD, and clean architecture
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
