Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand local and international market presence, and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Analyze competitors to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, and adjust business development tactics accordingly.
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Take the lead in negotiations with potential clients or partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote the company.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the team to explore new ideas and approaches that can lead to business growth.
- Analyze performance metrics related to business development efforts and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
A Business Development Manager should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Highly skilled in both written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the EastMed salary scale.
