The new team-member will create genuine added value by keeping these audiences actively involved in Innov work contributing to project design, delivery, follow-up, and evaluation. That means communicating directly (often with large numbers of young people) and ensuring information flows smoothly to and from them via the channels they use most social media, messaging apps, and in-person events while coordinating closely with Innova Programme Management Team.
Because Innova’s operations are largely virtual rather than tied to a physical centre, we place special weight on personal qualities: positive, empathetic, and highly effective communication.

o After delivery: ensuring post-activity evaluations and follow-up engagement are completed
- Maintain an active presence online and face-to-face within youth communities, making sure the link between Innova and its Syrian audience stays strong and productive.

Your primary KPI: At least 70 % of activity participants report that they were effectively engaged and received all essential information from Innova.
About You
- Natural communicator who excels at drawing new people into organised activities.
- Visible presence in Syrian youth circlesboth online and offline. (Please showcase this in your CV or the application form: links to social accounts, or verifiable descriptions of community involvement.)
- Use empathy and authenticity to make our digital presence feel personal, safe, and supportive.
- Translate our work into messages that are clear, simple, and sensitive to people contexts always inclusive, always thoughtful, always people-first.
- Growth-oriented: keen to explore digital tools, including AI, to serve our communities better; you learn and share knowledge continuously.
- Collaborative adaptable: ready to cope with logistical challenges such as internet outages and to adjust your approach as needed.
- Able to work effectively with programme teams, adding value on curriculum design and platform choices, especially around language-support needs.
