Innova is a non-profit organisation dedicated to economic empowerment through digital solutions. Our work sits within three flagship programmes: Digital Preparedness, Participation Entrepreneurship, and Research Solution Design.

The Opportunity
Innova is launching a training programme for young entrepreneurs in Damascus and its suburbs. The aim is to equip them with advanced Vibe Coding tools that will strengthen their start-ups through rapid prototyping and digital solution-design.
The programme is built around four components:
1. Introduction to Entrepreneurship
- Digital Prototyping
2. Hands-on Training in Vibe Coding Tools (this vacancy)
3. Targeted English-language Support Sessions
4. Emotional Intelligence for Digital Teams Digital Well-being
This call concerns Component 2practical training in tools such as Cursor and Lovable. It comprises four classroom sessions, each no fewer than four hours.
We are therefore seeking a dynamic, qualified Vibe Coding Trainer to lead these sessionssomeone with the technical skill-set and a passion for teaching, a clear communicator who can build trust and stand out in the digital space. This training sits at the heart of Innova broader mission to empower communities through applied digital education.

What You Will Do
- Deliver Component 2 of the programme: design and run hands-on workshops that guide participants through building and refining their first digital prototypes.
- Lead participants toward practical prototypes they can showcase in pitch decks, funding applications, and demo days. We are currently reviewing platforms such as Cursor and Lovable; your recommendations on tool-choice are highly valued.
- Advise us on language-support priorities so that Component 3 aligns seamlessly with your technical content.
- Act as both learner and teacher ;sharing knowledge, asking questions, and exploring how AI-powered tools can boost engagement and learning.
- Collaborate closely with Innova programme teams (entrepreneurship, prototyping, language support, emotional intelligence).

Performance Indicator
Your core KPI: By the end of your four sessions, at least 80 % of participants will have built a functional digital prototype of their concept using iterative, AI-enhanced tools (e.g., Cursor or Lovable).

About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys people communicating, supporting, and uplifting others and you combine technical mastery with a deep passion for helping others grow.
- Technically Proficient strong programming background, excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with modern development tools, languages, and frameworks relevant to Vibe Coding.
- Experienced Trainer & Facilitator proven track record of delivering engaging, well-structured sessions to learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels; adept at interactive, workshop-style learning.
- Digitally Engaged – active on social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) with a visible interest in tech education and community engagement; comfortable creating visual content.
- Empathetic Relationship-Builder naturally empathetic, able to let that show in both writing and speech; curious, patient, and trust-building; highly aware of language&amp impact and committed to inclusive communication.
- Growth-Oriented eager to explore new digital tools, including AI, to connect with and serve our communities better.
- Collaborative - Adaptable - ready to cooperate with programme teams and adapt to logistical challenges such as potential internet outages.
- Team Player able to contribute to curriculum design and platform selection, especially regarding language-support needs.
- Location resident in Syria or able to deliver in-person training inside Syria.
Bonus Points if you:
- Have previous experience training or mentoring digital entrepreneurs or start-ups.
- Have hands-on experience with prototyping platforms such as Cursor or Lovable.
- Are bilingual or possess strong Arabic writing and speaking skills.

Practical Details
- After the application deadline, Innova will shortlist candidates and request financial and technical proposals within 48 hours of notification.
- Engagement will be on a freelance service-contract basis.
- The Vibe Coding workshops are face-to-face and will be held in Damascus or its suburbs.
- Shortlisted candidates with top-rated proposals will be invited to an interview to discuss exact commitment (weekly hours, total duration of the four sessions, etc.).
- We move quickly—be prepared to jump in and adapt fast.
- Preferred start date: around mid-July 2025.
