Responsibilities
Objective 1: (Head of HR support)
o Support Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals
o Under the guidance of the Head of HR, provides support to the HR team, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to HR practices.
Objective 2: (HR Operations)
o Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
o Ensure the HR department's compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Objective 3: (HR Operational Projects)
o Under the guidance of the Head of HR, s/he contributes to HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing employee engagement, and developing HR policies and procedures.
o Under the guidance of the Head of HR, develops and implements initiatives to promote employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Objective 4: (Operational Escalation Point for Other HR Business Partners)
o Under the guidance of the Head of HR, acts as a point of escalation for HR Business Partners in charge of other bases, providing guidance and support on complex HR issues.
o Collaborate with the Head of HR to standardize and harmonize HR practices across different locations
Objective 5: (Reporting and Analytics)
o Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
o Monitor and assess HR metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Objective 6: (Talent Acquisition)
o Collaborate with the HR team to attract, select, and onboard talent that meets the organization's needs.
o Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while focusing on candidate experience.
Objective 7: (Talent Management)
o Under the guidance of the Head of HR, develops and executes talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance assessment.
o Collaborate with line managers to identify high-potential employees and provide development opportunities.

Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
o Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
o Excellent project management skills.
o Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
o Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
o At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
o Experience in a humanitarian or non-profit setting is highly desirable.
o Fluent in English.
o Organizational Knowledge is preferred.
o Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
o Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
o Excellent project management skills.
o Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
o Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
o At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
o Experience in a humanitarian or non-profit setting is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
- Contract period: 6 months renewable base on Action Against Hunger fund and performance.
- Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.
