Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement innovative B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
3. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with clients and partners.
4. Generate qualified leads and convert them into actual sales opportunities.
5. Manage the marketing budget and ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
6. Oversee the creation of marketing materials.
7. Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry events.
8. Collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
9. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage and nurture leads effectively.
10. Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).
- Strong command of marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Solid leadership, team management, and effective communication skills.
