Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Document Controller with a diploma in engineering and strong proficiency in English. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading engineering drawings, highly accurate, and capable of working under pressure while managing critical documentation processes for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain company files organized within the established folder structure.
2. Manage the documentation processes, ensuring all records are properly recorded in soft and hard copies.
3. Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to keep documents updated.
4. Liaise with project teams and potentially external parties to distribute project-related information.
5. Create document templates and manage requests for documentation.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive information.
7. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as required.
8. Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
9. Complete forms and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
10. Perform any related tasks assigned by management.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
