Responsibilities
Output 1:
• Conduct Monitoring for project implementation by ORGANIZATION partners/local NGOs through regular site visits, meetings, with ORGANIZATION partners
• Conduct mental health need assessments at health and community level.
Deliverable 1:
• Deliver technical report about implementation status including recommendation and actions, • Deliver need assessment report using the available tools
Output 2:
• Facilitate, preparing and conducting training courses and workshops on the ORGANIZATION evidence-based Intervention Guides for non-specialized health and community professionals for delivering psychological interventions. This includes schools and education system, community centers, for mainstreaming mental health wellbeing and care across health and social care sectors.
Deliverable 2:
• Technical reports on the Capacity building activities delivered including recommendations and actions followed the activities, on monthly basis.
Output 3: Technical Supervision:
• Regular field visits or remote sessions to provide support and on-job training and supportive clinical supervision for health professionals at non-specialized health care settings to ensure service quality aligns with ORGANIZATION guidelines. including using EQUIP when applicable.
Deliverable 3:
Supportive supervision conducted as planned, reported, with detailed evaluation on progress of trainees development in management of MNS conditions, including recommendation and actions.
Output 4: Coordination
• Participation in MH meetings with ORGANIZATION staff/focal points in different governorates, in alignment with National MHPSS TWG and Health and subnational health sectors to coordinate core functions and annual development plans.
Deliverable 4:
• Support partners delivered effectively, and reported in a timely manner, including MoM of meetings, in addition to recommendations and actions.
Other technical tasks 5:
• Technical Support and Material Development: experts work on developing and customizing technical materials for the mental health program under WCO supervision, tailored to the specific needs and contexts of different areas, in alignment with priorities and identified at national level, and as determined by the program management.
Deliverable 5:
• Technical materials including full training package and translation upon request of WCO.
• Regular reporting, to the MHPSS technical officer in WCO, and HUBs lead when services of experts are localized, on MHPSS tasks and activities.
• A full final report at the end of the contract.
• All reports should include detailed analyses and recommendations, adhering to ORGANIZATION templates and guidelines.
