Responsibilities
Job Details
• Being familiar with the company handbook and complying with the Company policies and procedures.
• Responsible from the creation to the final execution of Green design that presents the company image as per its vision.
• Responsible for the final presentation of any deliverable.
• Deliver, within the planned timeframe, projects as prioritized by the top management, maintaining the highest quality standards and abiding by ECOBUILD’s quality control policy by:
-Reviewing deliverables and exercising the self-exercising completed tasks;
-Evaluating project data for accuracy with regard to the review checklist;
-Complying with project specifications, and client requirements, in addition to the latest applicable authorities’ regulations, engineering codes, standards and guidelines, and technical CADD manual.
-Report task completion and update the project status on a regular basis.
-Prepare Architectural detailed drawings for Color Coding & Wall Sections, Waste Management Shading Analysis & Calculation, and other architectural required details in accordance with Estidama requirements.
• Work proficiently in lathe test AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, 3D Max, and other 2D & 3D programs.
• Understand the Certified Authority/Body process during project design, construction, and operation lifecycle in relation to executing the related work of various green rating certificates;
• Prepare, review and coordinate all aspects of projects’ sustainability certification including narratives, calculations, plans, technical studies, reports, and any supporting documentation to ensure the achievement of sustainable deliverables and targets. Work with other disciplines to prepare technical data to ensure that project needs are met within the time schedule.
• Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical tasks and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
