Responsibilities
1-Procurement and Supply Chain
-Receive and process procurement requests from departments.
-Prepare and send Requests for Quotations (RFQs); collect and verify offers.
-drafts contracts, purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
-Maintain procurement documentation and ensure accessibility and translation where needed.

2-Stock & Asset Management
-Ensure compliance with stock management procedures.
-Maintain updated inventory records in coordination with logistics.
-Support physical inventory checks and stock-takings.
-Oversee asset and property management, including premises and equipment.

3-Safety & Security
-Ensure security of COOPI assets and premises.
-Enforce safety guidelines and contribute to risk mitigation.

4-Finance & Accounting Support
-Respect financial procedures and submit accounting documents to Project Administrator.
-Prepare payment documents and verify supporting documentation.
-Ensure timely clearance of staff advances.
-Support financial reporting to donors and internal audits.

5-Other Duties

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, finance, or administration within humanitarian or development settings.
-Good knowledge of institutional donor procedures.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
-Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
•-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
-Proven capacity for teamwork and coordination
