Responsibilities
Employees files:
Ensure all projects staff have proper and up-to-date files and include all listed documents.
Ensure all projects staff signed all needed documents and policies.
Ensure all projects staff signed their contracts accurately and on time.
Oversee resignation processes for projects’ staff at occurrence.
Oversee Exit interviews for resigned employees.
Payroll and attendance management:
Oversee the attendance systems in health facilities and review monthly timesheets
Review monthly payrolls and ensure accuracy
ensure payroll policy is properly implemented in health facilities
Review time sheets, salary computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
Maintain proper, accessible, and confidential payroll and time sheets archive
Ensure all employees are properly registered in the payroll system and enrolled in the applicable social security and health insurance schemes according to local labor law and SAMS internal policy
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to finalize monthly payroll on time and in compliance with SAMS payroll and compensation policy, ensuring all deductions, benefits, and allowances are accurately reflected.
Monitor and track employee registration, insurance updates, and end-of-service settlements to guarantee full compliance with SAMS procedures and legal obligations.
HR Tasks:
Ensure proper implementation of health Facility related policies
Participate in HR meetings, kick off meetings or any other assigned meetings when necessary
Provide all needed documents and reports for several stakeholders
Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager
Office culture
Promote and model a positive, professional and respectful office culture.
Initiate team building initiatives.
Ensure effective and positive transition for exiting employees.
Ensure effective internal communications.

Qualifications
University degree in human resources, business management or any related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in human resource management including payroll and attendance management.
Good communication skills both verbal and written (English, and Arabic).

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
