Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team through recruitment, training, evaluation, and creating a positive work environment.
2.Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and continuously improve market share.
3.Oversee advertising, public relations, and promotional activities, including preparation and control of the annual marketing plan and budget.
4.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different market segments to ensure profitability.
5.Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, solicit new clients, and represent the hotel in trade and community associations.
6.Monitor competitors and market trends to recommend product and service enhancements that keep the hotel competitive.
7.Analyze financial performance and forecasts, ensuring departmental activities remain within budget and adjusting strategies when necessary.

1.3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
2.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3.Strong revenue management and budgeting skills.
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
5.Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
Working Hours
Full-time, 9-hour shifts (schedule may vary based on business needs).
