Position Overview:
TRUSTIFY is seeking a skilled and motivated Network & Systems Engineer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and capable of delivering high-quality implementation and support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive training on company technologies and solutions to gain deep technical knowledge and ensure proper installation and configuration.
- Participate in deploying and implementing solutions for customers across various environments.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers.
- Test, evaluate, and document new products and technologies.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in IT, focusing on networking and operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of routing/switching and UNIX/LINUX OS.
- Familiarity in cyber security technologies is preferable.
- Fast learner with the ability to adopt new technologies and tools.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good command of the English language.
