Responsibilities
Projects management
Closely coordinate with the PF Programs manager
Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that project(s) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Contribute in timely and quality implementation of the project in line with its work plan.
Assist the PF Programs manager in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resources availability and allocation.
Provide the technical recommendation when needed
Assist the PF Programs manager in development of detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Contribute to sufficient follow up of the procurement plan, review and validate the purchase order within time and scope of the project.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure and track projects spending on monthly basis from all donors
Ensure required reporting is done timely and accurately.
Attend a weekly meeting to review projects status with Program team.
Partnership management
Support partners in project cycle management, including ensuring work plans, budgets, procurement plans are in place for each project
Receive, review and adjust the data from the partners
Ensure partner staff are aware of Concern/SAMS guidelines and policies and that these are adhered to at all times
Conduct regular meeting with the partners to review the implementation of the project.
Provide the PF Programs manager with regular reports and feedback about the performance of the partners
Provide support to the PF Programs manager in identifying of a new potential partners
Representation
Represent SAMS in all relevant fora in relation to the position duties as requested by the PF Programs manager.
Staff management
Ensure all project staff have job descriptions and are aware of their responsibilities.
Develop performance objectives for each staff. Evaluate staff according to SAMS HR policy.
Develop professional development plans for project staff.
Delegate appropriately.
Build an effective team approach ensuring project staff are working together effectively.
Hold weekly team meetings with project staff for planning purposes, information sharing and problem solving.


Qualifications
University degree. (with Health background is desired)
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a professional office setting, and experience with program management or NGO work is required.
Fluent English in writing and speaking
High computer skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High communication skills.
Remote-management skills
Partnership management skills
Time-Management skills.
Creativity and problem solving approach to challenges.


Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
