Job Summary:
Assistant Projects Manager assists in planning, coordinating, and executing training projects to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes. The role focuses on pre-planning activities, quality assurance across all training aspects, stakeholder coordination, trainer scheduling, and reporting. The position plays a key operational and administrative role in ensuring training projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the Project Manager during the pre-planning phase of training projects, including defining requirements, timelines, resources, and logistics.
•Support the training manager in maintaining overall quality across all training activities, including content alignment, delivery standards, participant experience, and policy compliance.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on key training objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
•Follow up on trainer scheduling, availability, and training calendars to ensure timely execution.
•Ensure readiness of all training requirements before implementation, including materials, venues, systems, and documentation.
•Track the progress of training projects and prepare regular progress reports, evaluation summaries, and monthly training reports.
•Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and data on the system, including archiving and reporting.
•Act as a point of support in the absence of the Project Manager, ensuring continuity of project activities.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, training coordination, project management, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in administrative, operations, training coordinator, or project support roles.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
•Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and documentation clearly and accurately
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, training coordination, project management, or a related field.
