Responsibilities
• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office.
• Assist hotel guests with technical requirements and issues.
• Ensure availability of critical systems (PMS, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, POS) 24/7.
• Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization.
• Provide administration services including contribution to technology budgets.
• Systems Administration: manage accounts, configurations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Assist in server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, OS upgrades, troubleshooting.
• Support other property systems (back office, sales, catering, HR).
• Provide system support services: outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, restoration, virus protection.
• Maintain Four Seasons IT Core Standards.
• Assist in acquisitions and major projects.
• Participate in corporate technology implementations.
• Support Desktop OS and applications including patches.
• Provide guest and conference support.
• Administer Lotus Notes, VPN, and communication tools.
• Assist in backup and recovery procedures.
• Manage third-party vendors.
• Provide 24/7 support for mission-critical systems.
• Assist in network support and security: Active Directory, server, wired/wireless infrastructure, firewalls, failover tools.
• Implement technology best practices.
• Provide HSIA guest/customer support when no third-party contract exists.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure hotel network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and web security gateways.
• Monitor network security threats and implement protective measures.
• Maintain Active Directory, VPN connections, and access controls.
• Implement PCI-DSS compliance via network segmentation.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Implement redundancy and failover solutions.
• Document network topology, security policies, and SOPs.
• Stay current with cybersecurity threats and apply countermeasures.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Hotel IT.
• Skills & Abilities:

•Proactive, inquisitive mindset with problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
•Technical background: MCSE or strong networking skills.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Hotel IT.
