Responsibilities
Management and maintain the online learning system, ensuring smooth performance, regular updates, and user support.
Upload, organize, and manage educational content, ensuring alignment with established standards and audience needs.
Coordinate with lecturers to upload and review content as needed.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Prepare posts about medical education activities for social media.
Produce media coverage of medical education activities, including photos, videos, and interviews, and edit them for publication on social media and the medical education platform.
Organize and upload educational materials to the medical education platform and prepare the necessary tools to optimize the platform.
Coordinate with medical education staff in the department to work on advertising needs and designs related to educational lectures, trainings, and workshops.
Create and manage promotional materials for educational initiatives, including newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Ensure that all employees adhere to the SAMS logo and effectively communicate the SAMS mission.
Work on developing a media plan for all medical education requirements.
Any other work-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) relevant to advertising design, e-learning platform management, and social media
Experience in managing online learning and related fields.
Experience in designing images and videos.
Experience working with Photoshop or similar programs.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Familiarity with online learning management tools.
Ability to innovate and enhance online learning and communication strategies.
Design and editing skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
Social media skills.
Experience in managing online learning and related fields.
Experience in designing images and videos.
Experience working with Photoshop or similar programs.
