Responsibilities
Sales Specialist supports business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the sales process under the supervision of the Sales Manager. The role focuses on promoting the company’s services, supporting market expansion within the services sector, and assisting in building long-term client partnerships aligned with client needs.

Main Responsibilities
• Support the sales and business development cycle, from lead generation to contract support, under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
• Conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients to present services and understand their needs.
• Identify potential opportunities through networking, referrals, and basic market research.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events when required.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in preparing proposals and service solutions tailored to client requirements, especially in the services sector.
• Support negotiations and contract finalization in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and progress.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with management to support service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Solid experience in sales or business development, preferably in the services sector.
• Basic knowledge of NGO operations is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B client engagement and relationship management.

• Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
• Ability to prepare clear proposals and presentations.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
