Responsibilities
Fly Cham is seeking to appoint a Strategic Planning Manager to lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the airline’s corporate strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with international aviation frameworks, while optimizing A320-family fleet operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the airline’s corporate strategy, including vision, mission, and long-term objectives, and translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives across network, fleet, operations, and commercial functions, ensuring alignment with international aviation standards related to safety, sustainability, efficiency, and economic performance.
• Oversee network expansion, route optimization, and capacity planning, and lead the strategic evaluation of A320-family fleet growth, utilization, and lifecycle planning, including the assessment of partnerships, codeshare agreements, and alliances from strategic and financial perspectives.
• Define, monitor, and report corporate KPIs aligned with strategic objectives, present strategy updates, risks, and performance outcomes to executive management and the Board, and lead strategic risk assessments related to fuel price exposure, regulatory changes, and market volatility.
• Manage and develop the Strategic Planning team, facilitate strategic workshops with senior management, and work closely with Finance on long-term financial planning and investment prioritization.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Aviation Management.
• 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with executive management and Boards.
