Responsibilities
Technical and programmatic follow-up of medical education projects and all related activities, ensuring their alignment with the strategic and operational plan.
Participate in implementing medical education activities according to the department’s plan and under the supervision of the department director.
Participate in developing medical education project proposals (logical framework, needs assessment, resources, and action plan) and provide the necessary technical suggestions.
Provide the necessary recommendations to address any technical or programmatic issues in medical education projects.
Participate in the development of educational plans, standards, and quality assurance in medical education projects, and provide the necessary guidance in this regard.
Attending periodic grant meetings for medical education projects.
Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications
University degree, preferably with a medical background
Good knowledge of project management
Good knowledge of medical education
Fluent in : Arabic - English
Good knowledge of medical education programs, the ability to communicate effectively,
Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office programs.

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
