Responsibilities
Fly Cham is seeking to appoint a Strategic Planning Analyst to support the airline’s strategic planning, performance analysis, and long-term decision-making through data-driven insights related to network strategy, A320-family fleet utilization, financial performance, and compliance with ICAO-aligned standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct route and network performance analysis (RASK, CASK, load factor) and support A320-family fleet utilization, growth scenarios, and replacement planning.
• Develop financial models for new routes, capacity changes, fleet deployment, and strategic initiatives, and support capital expenditure and investment business cases.
• Support long-term traffic, revenue, and cost forecasting, and track corporate and departmental KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assist in annual corporate planning and budgeting processes, and monitor execution of strategic initiatives with progress reporting to management.
• Prepare strategy decks, dashboards, and executive briefing materials, and coordinate closely with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, Safety, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, planning (Aviation industry experience is preferred)
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with solid business analysis understanding.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Very good command of English (conversation, writing, and comprehension).
• Excellent presentation, reporting, cross-functional coordination, project management skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, planning (Aviation industry experience is preferred)
