Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Director – Product & Delivery at Fidra Tech is a senior leadership role responsible for
defining product strategy, overseeing end-to-end product development, and ensuring
excellence in project and service delivery across all client engagements. This role bridges
business strategy, product vision, and technical execution, ensuring Fidra Tech delivers high-
quality, scalable, and market-driven IT solutions.
The Director will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative POS solutions, enterprise
systems, and mobile applications, while maintaining operational efficiency, client
satisfaction, and continuous improvement across delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Fidra Tech’s product
and solution portfolio.
• Translate market needs, client requirements, and business objectives into clear
product strategies and execution plans.
• Ensure products and solutions are aligned with company growth objectives, market
trends, and customer expectations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across existing and new products.
Delivery & Execution Excellence
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects and products, from requirements gathering to
deployment and post-launch support.
• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
(Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall where applicable).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting
quality and performance standards.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers, project managers, engineers, QA
teams, and delivery leads.
• Build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
• Define clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for teams.
• Support talent growth, retention, and succession planning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a senior escalation point for key clients and strategic accounts.
• Partner with sales and business development teams during pre-sales, solution design,
and client presentations.
• Ensure strong client relationships through transparent communication, expectation
management, and consistent delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
The Director – Product & Delivery will work closely with:
• Executive Leadership – to align product and delivery strategy with corporate vision and
financial goals.
• Sales & Business Development – to support deal structuring, pricing, solution design,
and client acquisition.
• Engineering & Architecture Teams – to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and
system integrity.
• QA & Operations – to enforce quality standards and operational excellence.
• Customer Support & Success Teams – to ensure smooth product adoption and long-
term client satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• On-time and on-budget delivery rate
• Product quality metrics (defect rates, stability, performance)
• Client satisfaction and retention (CSAT, NPS)
• Revenue growth and margin contribution of products/projects
• Team productivity and utilization rates
• Delivery efficiency and cycle time improvements
• Successful launch and adoption of new products and feature

Qualifications
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT product management, software delivery, or technology
leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise systems, POS solutions, and mobile
applications.
• Strong experience in product lifecycle management and large-scale project delivery.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working with clients across different industries and managing executive-
level stakeholders.
Technical & Professional Skills
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern
development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to balance technical decisions and
commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is a strong advantage.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management) are a plus.
